Before now, Glo Nigeria has promised to take the 4G LTE to most of the states in Nigeria so therefor In fulfillment of its promise to take its 4G LTE services to more cities of Nigeria in rapid growth, Glo Nigeria has just extended the network into additional eight locations within the country just within the space of a week.
It a pleasure i let you know that the new roll-out locations include Lagos- Bonny, Escravos, Forcados, Abraka (Delta State University), Ekpoma (Ambrose Alli University), Okada (Igbinedion University), Agbor (College of Education), and Sapele (Western Delta University). Respectively.
It was told that Globacom formally launched Nigeria’s largest 4G LTE network at its head office in Victoria Island, Lagos on Tuesday, back in October 4th, 2016.
Within a space of 24 hours of which it was launched, over 15,000 subscribers turned out and registered for the service across the country. The momentum has since been maintained with thousands of people connecting to the network across the country.
Know it that the eight new locations have joined the already nine existing cities in the 4G LTE last week, and they are namely Lagos- Lekki, Ikoyi, V.I, Ajah and Akoka (South West), Port Harcourt- Aba Road, Trans Amadi, Diobu, Old GRA and UNIPort, Warri, Eket and Benin (South South), Abuja- Maitama, Wuse, Asokoro, Garki/Central Business District and Airport Road and Jos (North Central), Yola – ABTI (North East) and Zaria- ABU (North West) Respectively.

It’s a lot of investment, but Globacom is committed to making it so that our subscribers can enjoy the best of telecommunications services at home, at work or on the move,” said Mr. Kamaldeen Shonibare, Head, Corporate Sales, Globacom.
Glo Nigeria are also offering a brand new 4G LTE router which gives access to Ultra High Speed Internet and landline, with free SIM, free world-class content for a one-off fee of N31,000. For those who prefer MiFi, Globacom is bundling its 4G MiFi, just with free SIM, 60 GB data which can easily be shared is said to be valid for one month and free world-class content for a one-off fee of N25,000. Bear it in mind that the Available 4G data bundles include N500 for a whopping 1.6GB of data, N1000 for 3.2GB data and 7.5GB for N2000.
